#shetriedHER was founded by Briana Smith in 2016, at 22 years old. After graduating from college, she knew that she wanted to be more than just a woman in corporate America, she wanted to be an entrepreneur as well, just like her father and grandfathers. After several months of prayer, God gave her the vision of starting a t-shirt business. Soon after, the imposter syndrome kicked in, along with the normal trials and tribulations of life, but after 6 years, the time has come. In other words, she finally tried loving and prioritizing herself. 

#shetriedHER’s mission is to promote loving and prioritizing one’s self through loungewear. Each of our pieces are carefully selected so that they’re fashionable, ethically made, and able to withstand multiple wears, without losing its quality. You will find that many items are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, because we believe more manufacturing processes should be eco friendly and socially responsible. Overall, our brand is for women who value themselves and the world we live in.
